Two things we want to be plain about.
First, we will never price by client. Client-portal tools that charge per client make your growth their revenue, and the whole point of an agency is the book you build. Your fiftieth client costs the same as your first: nothing.
Second, leaving is a feature. Cancellation is self-serve, your data exports in readable formats, and our terms include source escrow so a shutdown on our side never strands your client relationships. We would rather earn month thirteen than lock you into it.

What counts as a seat?
A seat is a member of your team: you, your staff, your contractors. Clients and client users are never seats and never cost anything, no matter how many you have.
What happens when I outgrow my plan's seats?
Extra seats are $25 a month on any plan, or move up a tier when the math favors it. Adding clients never changes your bill on any plan.
Is there really no credit card for the trial?
Really. The trial is 14 days on any plan, and since we do not have your card, we could not charge you if we wanted to.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is two months free, on any plan.
How does cancellation work?
Cancellation is self-serve and takes effect at the end of your billing period. No call, no retention flow, no questions you have to answer first.
What happens to my data when I leave?
Everything you store exports in readable formats: threads as transcripts, files in their folders, signed PDFs with their certificates. Signed documents remain verifiable on their own because each certificate carries the document's fingerprint.
What if Client Atrium shuts down?
Our terms commit us to source escrow: if we ever stop operating, customers receive a self-hostable build. Your client relationships should not depend on our company's lifespan.
Do you offer discounts?
Annual billing is the discount, and it is the same for everyone. We would rather keep one honest price than make you negotiate.
