Every trial is 60 days with everything on, no credit card. When it ends you land on Free, never a lockout. Extra seats are $25 a month on paid plans, and annual billing is two months free.

The Free plan is for trying it with your first client or two. One seat, two client workspaces, and the real product inside them: threads your clients can answer from email, projects, files, and three e-sign documents a month. Your clients see Client Atrium branding, and the AI helpers stay off. One-click export works the whole time, so nothing you put in is ever stuck.
Studio is where the portal becomes yours. Client workspaces and e-signatures both become unlimited, and the app wears your logo and colors instead of ours. Storage grows to 100 GB, and video goes up to 2 GB a file, which covers a cut sent for review. Everything that is not video stays under a 25 MB cap per file. Email support comes with it.
Agency is for teams that want the portal indistinguishable from software they built. It runs at your own domain, and sending from your own address arrives with it, so no client ever meets our name. All 14 AI helpers are included, each one off until you switch it on, and a nightly export to storage you own arrives at launch. Your emails get answered first.
Scale is for established shops with a deep client book and more people in it. Seats go to 25, storage to 2 TB, and bandwidth to 3 TB a month. We move your client book in together, and we will put continuity commitments in writing on request. API and webhooks are in development and land here first.
The core is never a tier. Every plan includes all of this, the Free plan too.
We will never price by client. Tools that charge per client tax your growth. On every paid plan, your fiftieth client costs the same as your first: nothing.
Leaving is easy. Cancel self-serve, export everything yourself in readable formats, and source escrow means a shutdown on our side never strands you. How the files, messages, and signed documents are protected while they are here is written out on the security page.
A seat is a member of your team: you, your staff, your contractors. Clients and client users are never seats and never cost anything, no matter how many you have.
Extra seats are $25 a month on any paid plan, or move up a tier when the math favors it. Adding clients never changes your bill on any paid plan.
Really. The trial is 60 days with every feature of the Agency plan on, and since we do not have your card, we could not charge you if we wanted to. When it ends, you land on the Free plan, not a locked screen.
You downgrade to Free and nothing is deleted or locked. Your threads, files, and signed documents all stay, and the client workspaces you already have keep working. What changes is that clients see Client Atrium branding again, the AI helpers switch off, and you cannot create a third client workspace until you upgrade.

Cancellation is self-serve and takes effect at the end of your billing period. No call, no retention flow, no questions you have to answer first.
Export a workspace yourself, any time, in one click. The zip holds conversations as Markdown transcripts and JSON records, every file with a manifest, signed documents as PDFs with their certificates and signature log, plus projects, decisions, people, and invoices. It opens without our software. Direct messages and private channels you cannot already open are not included, and very large libraries continue as download links.
Our terms commit us to source escrow: if we ever stop operating, customers in good standing receive a self-hostable build. Your client relationships should not depend on our company's lifespan.
Annual billing is the discount, and it is the same for everyone. We would rather keep one honest price than make you negotiate.
