Features/Files
Every file, exactly where you'd look.
Files live with their client, in folders both sides see. Drag a file into a thread and it files itself. Attachments that arrive by email land there too. Nobody plays librarian.

How it works
The mechanics, plainly.
01
One set of folders per client
Every client workspace has its folders, and both sides see the same ones. There is no our-drive versus their-inbox split, and no version of a file that only one side can find. Where you'd look is where it is.
02
Threads file for you
Drag a file into a conversation and it does two jobs at once: it appears in the thread where it was discussed, and it files itself into the client's folders. The filing happens on its own, at the moment the file arrives, which is the only moment filing ever actually happens.
03
Email attachments land too
When a client replies to a notification email with an attachment, the attachment doesn't die in someone's inbox. It lands in the client's workspace with everything else, so the one photo you need is never trapped in a mail archive.
04
An export you own
A nightly export to storage you own is arriving at launch. And separately, everything you put into Client Atrium comes back out in readable formats whenever you want it. Your files are yours, not hostages.

Common questions
Do clients see the same folders we do?
Yes. Files live with their client in folders both sides see. What you organize is what they find, and the other way around.
What about a file a client emails us?
An attachment on an email reply lands in the client's workspace along with the message. It doesn't stay stranded in one person's inbox.
Can we get everything out?
Yes. Everything comes out in readable formats, and a nightly export to storage you own is arriving at launch.
Try it with one client this week.
Move one project in and see. If it doesn't help within two weeks, walk away with your export.
