How it works

Off until you say otherwise
All fourteen AI features arrive turned off, each behind its own switch. If you never touch any of them, the product works exactly the same. AI is an option you opt into per feature, not a default you have to escape.

Drafts wait for your edit
The helpers that write, like reply drafts and message polish, produce a draft and stop. The draft sits there until you edit it and send it yourself. Nothing is sent, posted, or answered autonomously, so nothing reaches a client without passing through your hands.

Turn on exactly what you want
The switches are per feature, so you can run thread summaries without reply drafts, or inbox triage without any writing help at all. Each helper does one job: summaries condense a long thread, triage sorts what needs you first, polish tightens a draft.

Keep any client out entirely
Per-client AI exclusion means you can mark a client and none of the AI features will touch their threads, regardless of which switches are on. For the client who asked, or the matter that's sensitive, the answer is one setting, not a policy memo.

Common questions
Will AI ever message my clients?
No. Nothing is sent, posted, or answered autonomously. Helpers draft and suggest, and a draft waits for your edit before anything goes anywhere.
Can I keep one client away from AI completely?
Yes. Per-client exclusion keeps that client's threads out of every AI feature, no matter which switches are on.
