Features/White-label
Your brand on every surface.
Your logo and colors come with every paid plan. On the Agency plan, the portal runs on your own domain, sending from your own address is arriving, and invites, notifications, and signed PDFs all carry your brand, so our name appears nowhere your clients look.

How it works
The mechanics, plainly.
01
Logo and colors, on every paid plan
Your logo and your colors are part of every paid plan, not an add-on. The workspace your client signs into wears your brand from the first invite onward, so the product reads as something your agency provides.
02
Your domain and address, on Agency
On the Agency plan the portal runs at your own domain, so the link a client clicks is yours. Sending every notification from your own address is the next piece and is arriving on that plan.
03
Everything that leaves carries your brand
Invites, notification emails, and signed PDFs all go out under your agency's name and brand. On the Agency plan the portal they open is at your domain too. The one piece still arriving is the envelope those emails leave from, which is ours today.
04
Invited by you, not by us
Clients are invited by email from your agency and set their own password on the way in. Every message in that flow carries your name and brand, and on the Agency plan the link goes to your domain.
Yours on every paid plan
Logo and colors are part of every paid plan, not an add-on.
Branded delivery
Invites, notifications, and signed PDFs all carry your brand.
One invite, one password
Clients are invited by email and set a password on the first visit. They can add a passkey after that.
Common questions
Where does Client Atrium's name show up for clients?
Nowhere clients look, on any paid plan. The workspace, the invites, the notifications, and the signed PDFs carry your logo and colors. On the Agency plan the domain is yours too, with your sending address arriving. The free plan is the exception: there, clients see Client Atrium branding.
Do my clients need to create passwords?
They set one password on their first visit, invited by email from your agency. There is nothing else for them to install or learn.
Which parts need the Agency plan?
Your own domain, with your own sending address arriving. Logo and colors are on every paid plan.
Try it with one client this week.
Move one project in and see. If it doesn't help within two weeks, export it and walk away.
