Features

Everything your clients need, in one app.

Messages, projects, files, signatures, and approvals under your brand. This page is the whole product.

Messages

Every conversation, attached to the work.

Threads live inside projects. Feedback, decisions, and files stay in context, so nobody digs through an inbox.

If a client is buried, they can reply to the notification email. The reply posts to the right thread, attachments included.

Files

Every file, exactly where you'd look.

Files live with their client, in folders both sides see. Drop a file in a thread and it files itself. Client uploads land there too.

Waiting on client

The follow-up runs itself.

Mark anything as waiting on the client and it joins one list across your whole book. After 48 quiet hours, a polite reminder goes out under your name.

The moment the client acts, it clears.

E-signatures

Contracts signed where the work lives.

Upload a contract, place the fields, set the signing order, send. Every step lands in a tamper-evident audit trail.

The certificate carries the document’s fingerprint, so signed contracts verify on their own. Details on the security page. No separate e-signature subscription.

White-label

Your brand on every surface.

The app, the invites, the notifications, the signed PDFs. All of it carries your logo and colors on every plan.

On the Agency plan, it runs on your domain and sends from your address. Client Atrium appears nowhere.

AI helpers

Fourteen features. Every one ships off.

There are fourteen AI features in Client Atrium, and every one of them ships turned off. Turn on the ones you want, per feature: polish a draft, summarize a long thread, sort your inbox by what needs you first. Each one drafts or suggests, you review and decide. Nothing is ever sent, posted, or answered by a machine on your behalf.

You can keep any client’s threads out of AI entirely, and if you never turn any of it on, the product works exactly the same.
