Press kit.

Boilerplate, fast facts, and logos, with no form in front of them. The three links reporters actually need are near the top, and the things we will not claim are here too, because you would find them anyway.

Boilerplate

Two versions, take either.

Both are written to be pasted without editing. Nothing in them needs checking with us first.

One sentenceCopy this

Client Atrium is a white-label client portal for agencies of 1 to 50 people, giving each client one branded workspace for messages, files, approvals, e-signatures, and projects.

One paragraphCopy this

Client Atrium is a white-label client portal for agencies of 1 to 50 people. Each client gets one branded workspace holding messages, files, approvals, e-signatures, and projects. Clients who prefer email can reply to any notification and it lands in the right thread. Open items sit on one waiting-on-client list that sends a reminder after 48 quiet hours. Any workspace exports in one click. Pricing is per team seat, never per client, with unlimited clients on every paid plan. Built inside RMH Websites, a US web agency, and used on live client work first.

The name is two words, always: Client Atrium, never the bare second word. A separate open-source product uses that on its own.

The three things people ask

Hard facts, with the source.

Every claim below links to the page it comes from, so you can quote the source instead of quoting us.

Source escrow

If Client Atrium ever permanently shuts down, the terms commit us to giving customers in good standing a self-hostable build of the software plus time to get their data out.

No SOC 2

“We do not hold a SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certificate today.”

That sentence is on the security page in those words. Our infrastructure providers publish their own compliance documentation for the layers they operate; an audit of our own is on the roadmap as the customer base grows.

What we have not finished

The gaps are published on their own page, dated, each with what is true today and what we are doing about it. Sending address, AI switches, export exclusions, certification, customer count, team size. It is the first place to look for the counterweight to anything else on this site.

So your deadline is not wasted

Facts we will not claim.

We have no outside funding. We are one person. We have no customer count worth publishing yet and we will not invent one. We have no testimonials because we have not earned them yet. If you need a customer to talk to for your piece, we do not have one to offer, and we would rather tell you that now than waste your deadline.

Assets

Logos, downloadable right here.

Direct links. No form, no email capture, no usage agreement to accept first.

Those two files are what exists today, and they are the whole library. There is no vector set, no zip bundle, no product screenshot pack, and no founder headshot sitting on this server, so there are no links to them here. If your piece needs a screenshot, an SVG, or a photograph, email hello@clientatrium.com and you will get the file back, not a form. Use of the marks: keep the name as two words, do not restyle or recolor the logo, and do not imply we endorsed the piece.

Contact

One inbox, answered by the founder.

Press questions go to hello@clientatrium.com. There is no communications team, no agency, and no media training between you and the answer. Ryan Huffman reads that inbox and replies himself, including to the questions that are not flattering.

If you want a fact checked before you publish, send the sentence and you will get a yes, a no, or the correction. If the answer is that we do not know, that is what you will get. About has the founder’s account of why the product exists, in his own words.
