just now

Right now, your client work lives in six places.

Client Atrium is a white-label client portal for agencies of 1 to 50 people. Each client gets one branded workspace holding messages, files, approvals, e-signatures, and projects. Clients who prefer email can reply to a notification and it lands in the right thread. Plans are priced by team seats, not client count, from a free plan to $449 a month, with unlimited clients on every paid plan.

Feedback in email. Files in Drive. Contracts in DocuSign. Status updates in your texts. Every handoff is a chance to drop something.

Client Atrium replaces all of it: one login for them, one view for you. If you want the job-by-job version, read how it compares to the stack you already have.

And it all runs under your brand, not ours.

What’s inside

One subscription replaces the whole client stack.

Messages live with the work

Every conversation is a thread on its project. Decisions, files, and approvals stay in context.

Threads stay attached to their project

Nothing waits quietly

One list shows everything you’re waiting on, across every client. After 48 quiet hours, a reminder goes out under your name.

3 clients owe you something

E-signatures built in

Send contracts, set the signing order, get a full audit trail. No separate DocuSign bill.

Projects clients can follow

Clear stages, written in plain language. One approve or request-changes step at each gate.

Files that stay put

Every file lives with its client, in shared folders. Nothing gets lost in email.

Email is the safety net

Busy clients can reply to the notification email. The reply lands in the right thread, attachments included.

White-label, on every paid plan

To your clients, this is your software.

Your logo, your colors, your domain. Clients see the agency they hired, not a vendor. Our name appears nowhere.

  • Logo and colors on every paid plan
  • Your own domain on Agency, with your sending address arriving
  • Invites, notifications, and signed PDFs all carry your brand

How it works

Set up in an afternoon.

01

Brand it once

Add your logo, colors, and domain once. Invite each client with one link.

02

Move the work inside

Projects, threads, files, and contracts live together. Clients review, approve, upload, and sign with one login.

03

Let follow-up run itself

Waiting on a client? It's tracked. After 48 quiet hours, a polite reminder sends automatically.

Priced by your team, never by your client list.

There’s a free plan, and paid plans are $99, $249, and $449 a month, based on team seats. Clients are unlimited on every paid plan. You pay per seat, never per client.

From the founder

Why this exists.

I run RMH Websites, a small web agency. My client work was scattered across five tools, and every portal I tried charged per client. So I built the workspace I wanted. It runs my agency every day.

The longer story is on the about page. Questions? Email hello@clientatrium.com and I’ll answer myself.

Questions you probably have.

Will my clients actually use it?

Yes, because their things are in it: contracts, files, and the approvals you're waiting on. And if they're buried, they can reply to your email and it still lands in the thread.

Do you charge per client?

No. Plans are priced by team seats, never by client count. The free plan includes 2 client workspaces; every paid plan is unlimited, permanently.

Can it look like my company instead of yours?

Yes, on every paid plan. Your logo and colors everywhere. On the Agency plan, your own domain too, with your own sending address arriving. On the free plan, clients see Client Atrium branding.

Are the e-signatures legally valid?

Signing follows the ESIGN and UETA model: consent captured up front, a tamper-evident audit trail, and a certificate carrying the document's fingerprint, so any copy can be checked against the record. Whether a particular agreement holds up is between the parties who signed it.

What happens to my data if I cancel, or if you disappear?

Export any workspace yourself in one click: transcripts, files, and signed PDFs with their certificates, in formats that open without us. Our terms include source escrow, so if we ever shut down, customers in good standing get a self-hostable build.

Is the AI stuff optional?

Yes. All fourteen AI features ship turned off, and we switch on the ones you ask for while per-feature settings roll out. Drafts always wait for your review, and any client can be excluded from AI entirely.

Something else? Email hello@clientatrium.com. The person who built it will answer.

Try it with one client this week.

Move one project in and see. If it doesn't help within two weeks, export it and walk away.
